  • This active Ethernet extension module converts standard RJ45 Ethernet signals into optical transmission over MPO fiber, allowing long-distance Ethernet extension beyond copper cable limitations.
  • Supports 1000Base-T (IEEE 802.3ab) and is backward compatible with 10/100 Mbps Ethernet.
  • Supports Energy Efficient Ethernet (IEEE 802.3az).
  • USB power is required on both ends, and the modules must be used as a matched pair.
  • This product includes the two Ethernet modules only. MPO fiber optic cable is sold separately.
